Good Faith Estimate (Self-Pay Clients)
Clients who are uninsured or choose to self-pay have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. This estimate will be provided prior to the start of care, in accordance with federal regulations, to promote transparency and informed decision-making.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To provide the best care for all clients, we ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule: Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible to adjust your appointment.
Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies occur; please communicate with us so we can accommodate your needs when possible.
